man, i just don’t understand why keen shoes have to be so damn ugly. is it po-mo or something? i feel like such a hater, but it’s been driving me crazy for years.

what about tevas? i think it’s the weird lines that bug me. it’s completely irrational and i know they’re very good for what they’re designed to do. they look like somebody’s idea of what the future should be like. (you know how weird things bug me.)
i have become a big proponent of reef flip-flops recently because i can wander around all day in them and my feet are fine.

I’ve never liked the look of Tevas. I think I’m biased by the types of people I knew who wore them back in the early to mid 90s.
