Out of curiousity, why more pictures of the desert than of other points along the way? I admit that (selfishly) I was hoping for a shot or two of the Mississippi…
BTW, about looking “macho” - you need to curb that tendency of yours to grin if you really want to pull “macho” off… (even when you’re not smiling, sometimes you’re grinning…)
As usual, though, nice pics!
