Superbowl

Unlike Kendra K who watched the Puppy Bowl, I actually watched the regular Superbowl at my friends’ place. I liked the commercial where those kids threw MC Hammer over the fence. I also had some Cincinatti Chili that Henry prepared. It has no beans, but lots of cinnamon and hot pepper and is served over spaghetti noodles. Interesting.

  1. i watched the actual super bowl too, but puppy bowl was more interesting. well, not really. i was happy to see it be a close game rather than a blow out.

anyhow, cincinati chili scares me. joe always makes it (vegan) and it looks nasty. i hear it’s good, but something just doesn’t sit well with me. i think it’s the cocoa powder and the noodles.

  2. Hmm…. Vegan Cincinatti chili? 90% of what I had was beef. No beans, just lots of spices, seasoning and even some chocolate (probably cocoa powder). Is the vegan version like a weird spicy-chocolatey paste you put on noodles?

  3. i have no idea. it’s lots of beans and some reddish sauce with noodles. it smells so foul that i refuse to eat it.
